Shipping Policy

The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

As mentioned above, we ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us at support a mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Starobe.com has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you ordered online or using our mobile applications, you can cancel your order anytime within 24 hours of purchase and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days. You can cancel your order by contacting us at support

In case you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of purchase, the standard Returns & Refunds policy wil be enforced as mentioned below.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

If the item was damaged in transit or if the item is faulty contact us through support and you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.

As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, contact us at through support and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can at no extra charge.

In the event of Starobe.com sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the item to Starobe.com within 30 days. Starobe.com reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Starobe.com confirms we will issue a replacement.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
